Delivery time
Free First Class shipping to the rest of the world takes estimated 10-19 days. Parcels may take longer due to customs clearance. Tracking may not be available for all destinations. DHL Express mail shipping prices may vary but start at USD $40 depending on location. Estimated delivery is 7-14 business days.Tracking is available on Priority and Express mail. How to track your parcel with Priority and Express Mail: When we ship out your package with Priority or Express, we will include tracking information and where to track it.
How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. You can always check the status of your order by signing into my account and then selecting the option order status/history. This screen will let you know if your order has been fulfilled, shipped, or if it is being held. If you are not able to do so, just send an email to our customer care.

You place orders via our web shop very easy In our shop you place 24 hours a day, 7 days a week your orders. Just choose the glasses you would like to have. Choose glasses type and click add to basket follow the easy steps to checkout page. Here you will need to fill in your shipping address. Payment you can choose 2 payment options, via PayPal or Credit Card.

Delivery time for free shipping takes between 10-19 days depending on your customs. If you need your item faster contact our custom service for DHL express service 2-6 business days $40.00

What happens if customs holds my package?
In the event a package is held, seized, fined, or destroyed by local authorities due to any reason outside of Mysupersneaker™ control, Mysupersneaker™ holds no responsibility.
